We’re Moab-born and desert-tested. We deliver, set up, style, and tear down across Moab, Grand County, and the Colorado Western Slope. We practice Leave No Trace; we know the permit landscape on public land; and we’ve styled celebrations at Red Earth Venue, Red Cliffs Lodge, Sorrel River Ranch, Whispering Oaks, Airbnb's, and private desert sites in between. Do you deliver party rentals across Moab and Grand County?
Travel within the Moab area is included in our standard fee. We also serve Grand County, Southeast Utah, and the Colorado Western Slope.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and teardown?
Always. Delivery, setup, styling, and teardown are handled by our team so you never touch a piece of furniture on event day.
How much do party and event rentals cost?
Every event is quoted custom based on your pieces, date, and Moab-area location. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll send a tailored quote.
How far in advance should I book furniture for weddings or corporate events?
We recommend reserving two to three months out for peak spring and fall dates, but reach out anytime — we’ll always try to make last-minute requests work.
Can you set up at off-grid or backcountry sites?
Yes. We routinely deliver and style at off-grid, canyon, and public-land sites. We know the access, terrain, and permit landscape across the Moab area.
